Thanksgiving 2012

Dear all,

A brief reminder that we are travelling to Sparkhill, Birmingham for our thanksgiving service this year on Sunday 10th June for both Christians and Muslims.

We are arranging a coach or coaches which will cost about £20 per person but more information on this later.I am informed that FSSGians will be sending about 15 members so I hope we can at least double their number.

 The main purpose of this communication is two-fold:

1.   We urgently need to determine the number of members who intend to 'swell the chorus' in Birmingham this year. This will help us plan transportation and the refreshment after the service.

2.   We also need to know who the choristers are for the Christian service so that we could get information out to you about choir practice etc. Remember, we are (I think) the first school choir with a YouTube recording!

All I require of you at this stage is a simple but prompt response (to me directly) confirming your attendance and whether you intend to join the choir (again or even for the first time).
